The becoming of TabbyCakes was created by chance. I was making my Nan’s 70th birthday cake. A black and red Betty Boop love heart shaped chocolate mud cake. Then I placed my photos in a portfolio and people started asking me if I would do different cakes for them.
I am a fun loving bubbly spirit who loves anything related to food.
So I took a chance and started to do them for my friends and family, the school canteen and many other venues.
I was inspired by and watched my Grandmother cook from a young age.
She amazed me with her ability to create something from nothing and it tasted magic. I won’t let her recipes die with her i am here to show the world what she taught me.
